If it is established that a user created an account while under the age of 18, that account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

Once a bonus is accepted, the associated funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met. Typically, you are required to wager 20–35 times the bonus amount — the exact conditions are displayed separately for each offer.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus abuse or attempts at arbitrage may result in account termination.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Players may also voluntarily close their own account. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed before the account is closed.

• Your valid balance can always be withdrawn as long as no rules have been violated.
• Withdrawals from accounts under investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.
• If fraud is proven, all funds in the account will be forfeited.

09 Limitation of Liability

Ek444 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform — including financial losses from gaming, missed opportunities, or emotional distress. This policy also applies to losses caused by technical errors or server outages.

Any errors in games provided by third-party game providers are the responsibility of those providers. ek444's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the relevant month.

10 Right to Modify Terms
